In this webinar, I will be using hypnosis, NLP and guided meditation techniques, to talk to your deeper mind, your unconscious mind where all your memories, values and bodily functions are stored.
No I will not be controlling your mind – you will be. By following my instructions you will be interpreting them in a way that works for you.

Emotions are the body’s way of letting you know that something is wrong. All we need to do is pay attention, to listen and to understand.
I have been working with emotions for nearly 20 years, and realised that once we acknowledge them, we can allow them to dissipate, but only the recent ones.
