My Bio
I am a Mindset Coach dedicated to helping busy professionals and their clients cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment in their lives. Since the onset of COVID-19, there has been a growing awareness of mental health, yet many still struggle to understand its unique implications for each individual.
My mission is to highlight the connection between our inner world and our external experiences. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are valuable sources of information that can guide us toward greater success. By learning to interpret the messages from their body and mind, my clients can begin to transform their results.
With experience in major organizations like National Westminster Bank, Motorola, Orange Business Services, and Vodafone, I have a keen understanding of the pressures that come with modern work and life. I recognize the challenges of juggling multiple responsibilities and the overwhelming pressure to meet everyone’s expectations.
My personal journey began in 2017 when I faced burnout and illness due to Glandular Fever. This experience inspired me to launch Emotional Mastery Ltd, where I guide fellow travelers on this complex journey of life.
Through my coaching, I empower clients to become more fulfilled and to pursue what they love. By aligning their inner world with their outer reality, they can save both time and money while achieving their goals.
